After a great resonance on silicone rubber at the 2016 K Exhibition, Bluestar Silicones and KraussMaffei are proud to announce they will present their latest innovations during the upcoming Silicone Elastomer World Summit (SEWS) in Cologne.
Experts of both companies will be giving the following lectures:
Caroline Moine, R&D Engineer and Skin Adhesives Technical Manager at Bluestar Silicones will present a Comprehensive approach to the viscoelastic behavior of silicone applications, discussing suitability of silicone elastomers for medical applications, exploring applications such as tubing, catheters as well as long term implantable devices and draw attention to a viscoelastic approach designing innovative skin adhesive solutions.
Nicolina Topic, R&D Engineer at KraussMaffei Technologies will address how intelligent machine functions maximize profits and simplify the production process for LSR injection moulding. She will explain how the machine function Adaptive Process Control (APC) compensates fluctuations in material viscosity caused by variations in production circumstances and batch-based material. Uniformly high component quality, lower scrap rate and therefore reduced material costs result as customer benefit.
We are proud to support these great achievements and both speakers will gladly answer your questions at our table-top during the whole conference.
We are looking forward to meeting you soon in Cologne!
