Remix each of the two components (part A and B) every time before using.
1. Mixing of the two components
To 100 parts of BLUESIL RTV 3535 P A add 100 parts by weight of BLUESIL RTV 3535 P B. The two components are thoroughly mixed together, either manually, or by means of a spatula

2. How to use
Then the imprint is taken by pressing the product on the model. Ideally the imprint should be taken in one single application in order to avoid forming joints of the product on itself.
To increase the working time, it is possible to condition the two components in a refrigerator for a few hours prior to their use, but the setting time will also be increased by the same factor.

3. Cross linking
When processing at 23 °C,, it is recommended to wait an hour after the product has set before using the imprint, in order to benefit from the cured compound’s full properties.
Warning: Crosslinking of RTV vulcanising by polyaddition reaction may be inhibited by contact with products like:
- latex gloves
- heavy metal salts
- amines
- sulphur and derivatives
- catalysts of epoxy resins
