Leave the container of LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU open to vent for approximately 30 minutes before use. This allows for an exchange with the outside atmosphere and reduces problems due to electrostatic discharge risks that may typically arise when introducing the pumping equipment.


It is best to use grounded electrically conductive Polypropylene and/or rubber tubes for pumping of LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU. Do not use any uncoated metal tubing.
Membrane pumps are best suited for use with LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU. In any case use pumps with chambers made of non-metal materials.

1. Bladder treatment

New bladders should be clean and uncontaminated, otherwise, improper bonding of the coating will occur and its effectiveness will be reduced.

It is best to apply LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU to the new bladder before mounting on the press.

Use a light spray, take care to ensure that the exposed surface is fully covered, but do not apply excessive quantities as they may then level out the structure of the bladder surface intended to promote air bleed.

Leave the bladder suspended to dry at ambient temperature in a clean dust-free area.

The pre-coated bladder should be heated before use. This may be achieved during usual preheating procedures on the press. The bladder is then ready to use.

2. Application on the green tire inner liner

The clean inner liner of the green tire should be sprayed, manually with a spray gun or automatically in a spray cabin, with LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU.

For best results use fine nozzle diameters (0.8 – 1.2mm) with compressed air spray systems. Airless spray is also possible, for example with a 515 nozzle (0,38mm).

LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU may also be applied with a sponge. Take care not to apply excessive amounts of product.

The water will evaporate and leave a slightly grey release layer on the inside of the green tire.

The treated tires may be used immediately. They should not be stored for longer periods (> 48 h) due to the risk of dust deposit on the release layer.

During tire curing in the press the LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU layer will be partially transferred from the inner liner to the surface of the curing bladder thereby replenishing the multi release layer on the bladder.

A) When starting up with a new untreated bladder at least the first two green tires should be treated with LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU before curing to allow a sufficient release layer to build on the bladder surface.

Then cure 1 treated tire for every up to 11 untreated tires (1 in 12) or whatever frequency has been found to work best in your conditions.

B) When starting up with a new treated bladder (recommended) the first or second green tire should be treated with LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU before curing.

Then cure 1 treated tire for every up to 11 untreated tires (1 in 12) or whatever frequency has been found to work best in your conditions.

3. Application on the bladder

LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU may also be applied directly to the bladder surface.

Start with a treated bladder mounted on the press.

The pre-coated bladder should be heated before use. This may be achieved during usual preheating procedures on the press. The bladder is then ready to use.

Replenish the release layer by spraying, painting or swabbing the bladder with fresh LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU after up to every 12th cured tire or with whatever frequency has been found to work best in your conditions.

LYNDCOAT BR 2511 RTU may be stored at temperatures between 2°C / 36°F and 30°C / 86°F for up to 9 months from its date of manufacturing.Please consult the Safety Data Sheet of this product.ELV;RoHS

LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU is a solvent free, silicone based, ready to use, bladder release agent.
Applied on the inside of the green tire, or directly on the bladder, it combines long lasting multi release with excellent slip and exceptional air bleed performance.

LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU is an aqueous emulsion and does not contain solvents. It is easy to use and does not require any further dilution.


It can be swabbed or sprayed onto the rubber surface of the green tire inner liner or directly onto the bladder.
It remains effective through multiple curing cycles. The number of cycles between applications depends on application efficiency, curing time, curing temperature, tire construction and composition, bladder design, composition and condition.
It shows an exceptional air bleed performance for a multi-release agent.
It is designed for all kind of butyl rubber bladders typically used in PC (standard and UHP), light truck and truck/bus tire curing presses.
It is also used in MPT and Agro/Farm tire production processes.
LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU is a white / grey aqueous emulsion that cures to a multi release coating which promotes excellent slip, multi-release and air bleed performance.
The LYNDCOAT BR2511 RTU multi release agent has shown to increase productivity, reduce defects, prolong bladder life and reduce costs.
