At Labelexpo Europe 2017, Elkem Silicones will showcase its SILCOLEASE® range for the pressure sensitive industry

Elkem Silicones is now one of the world leaders in fully integrated silicone manufacturing.  Environmental respect is a critical part of its business process. In all of their activities, Elkem Silicones optimizes the use of raw materials and looks for more environmentally-friendly solutions that reduce environmental impact and promote the reuse of waste.

To accompany sustainable projects of many customers, Elkem Silicones is developing SILCOLEASE® sustainable, safe and simple silicone solutions.

At Labelexpo Europe 2017, Elkem Silicones will showcase its SILCOLEASE® range for the pressure sensitive industry, including some new innovative members of the broadest range of release coatings available today.

The label industry moves forward with ever-increasing converting and application speeds where our newest Flat Release Profile polymers continue to deliver your potential. The SILCOLEASE® OPTIMA Solventless Thermal range, through a more efficient curing mechanism, uses less energy, increases productivity or economizes on platinum metal catalysts.

Film-based release liners continue growing in the Label Industry. Silicone release systems for PET coating must provide good cure and immediate anchorage.  Elkem Silicones is presenting Solventless Thermal Systems for PET coating with both immediate and long term anchorage.

Discover the full range of SILCOLEASE® Solventless UV products including our UV Acrylate 1K systems Silcolease UV POLY 118 & Silcolease UV POLY 120.  Designed in an "easy-to-use" one component system the polymer is adapted for all sorts of label, tape and hygiene uses including linerless applications.  To further compliment this growing range, we can also propose and discuss about our new additive UV ADD 151 designed as an adhesion promoter and our new polymer POLY 112 an easy to premium release system with a good subsequent adhesion based on the Elkem Silicones technology of acrylated silicones oil.  Our UV systems offer low energy consumption, high versatility and can be used on the most heat sensitive substrates.

Whatever your release silicone needs Elkem Silicones SILCOLEASE® range has the answer to help you innovate and create your own uniquely differentiated offer.  Come and visit our stand to see how you and Elkem can "Innofferentiate" together.

Meet us at Labelexpo 2017 in Brussels Expo from September 25th to 28th on booth #6A47.
