Processing / Curing Processing

The similar viscosity of parts A and B enables quick and easy mixing thanks to disposable static mixers. Application can be carried out either manually or, in case of larger quantities, using automatic dispensing equipment. It is recommended to apply BLUESILTCS 7774 A/B on clean and dry surfaces. When container has been opened, material must be used rapidly and/or resealed properly.

Adhesion depends on the curing condition. A preliminary test is recommended to determine optimum cure conditions.

Curing inhibition may occur in uncured product comes in contact with certain materials containing tin salts, amines or sulphur. A preliminary test is recommended prior to production.
