​Silcolease PSA 7465F can be coated on PET with high coat weight to get silicone film for kinds of protective film applications.

The recommended formulation and processing is:

1 - Dilution solvent: Quantity depends on the desired bath solids

2- Silcolease PSA7465F: 100 parts;

3 - Mix thoroughly until completely dispersed (time varies with equipment)

4- Silcolease Crossliner XL327: 0.1-0.3parts

5- Mix thoroughly until completely dispersed (time varies with equipment)

6- Silcolease Catalyst 12070: 1.0-1.5parts

7- Mix thoroughly to ensure full dispersion of the catalyst

Suggestion coating weight: 15-20g/m2,

Suggestion curing condition:80℃, 30s pre-heating,then 150℃, 2mins curing.

Peel range: under room condition (23℃, 50RH%), the immediate peel on stain steel is 1-3g/25mm.

SILCOLEASE PSA 7465F may be stored at a temperature between -20 °C/ -4 °F and 30 °C/ 86 °F for up to 12 months from its date of manufacturing.Please consult the Safety Data Sheet of this product.

​A 3 components solvent base system for PSA application, the peel value range is 1-3g/25mm

  • High transparent coating after cured

  • Good anchorage on substrate, no rub-off and could keep a stable performance even after long term aging.

  • Good adhesion on pretective object after long term aging

  • Good cohesive without residue after stripping

​The system is designed specifically for protective film and would have high transparence performance after cured. The system must be diluted to a chosen concentration with a suitable solvent for coating onto the desired substrate. After coated, heating to remove the solvent and cure the crosslinker.

The system would have very good self-exhaust air performance during lamination.
