SILCOLEASE EMUL 925 is generally used with a catalyst, e.g. SILCOLEASE EMUL CATA 903 and if required, with a release control additive; (e.g. SILCOLEASE EMUL RCA 954 and if necessary combined with SILCOLEASE EMUL XL 969).
Recommended formulations, typical:
SILCOLEASE EMUL 925.................................................................... 100 parts
SILCOLEASE EMUL CATA 903................................................. 5 to 10 parts
Dilution water...................................... sufficient for solids content >8%

Recommended bath preparation:
It is recommended to dilute the emulsion by adding water while stirring and thereafter to stir followed by the catalyst and eventually the other co-products.

SILCOLEASE EMULSION 925 may be stored at a temperature between 2 °C/ 36 °F and 30 °C/ 86 °F for up to 12 Months from its date of manufacturingPlease consult the Safety Data Sheet of this product.Food Contact;Heavy Metals

SILCOLEASE EMULSION 925

SILCOLEASE EMUL 925 is a silicone emulsion intended for the release coating of papers and various other substrates.
SILCOLEASE EMUL 925 cures by a polyaddition reaction in the presence of an organometallic catalyst, for example SILCOLEASE EMULSION CATALYST 903, producing an elastomeric coating.
The release properties of the coatings can be modified as required.
