In preparing the coating bath, the order of addition is important. The crosslinker must be

blended first with the SILCOLEASE POLY 363 and well mixed. Only then should the platinum

catalyst be slowly added and well mixed.

SilcoleaseÒ POLY 363 is a unique polyaddtion polymer specially designed to mimic the release and slip characteristics of solvent tin systems. When properly catalyzed and cured, SilcoleaseÒ POLY 363 gives a flexible crosslinked coating with premium release properties and imparts a low coefficient of friction to the release liner.  These unique characteristics make it a prime candidate for replacing legacy solvent tin systems for applications ranging from pressure sensitive labels to graphic arts and casting sheets.
