​The Silcolease®​ CATA 221 UV/EB cationic photoinitiator as well as the formulated UV/EB silicone release coating bath will react to ambient sources of ultraviolet light. Keep both cationic initiator and catalyzed bath in opaque, sealed containers for protection from exposure to sources of UV light such as sunlight and fluorescent lighting. Catalyzed bath life should be greater than 24 hours. 

“Premium” Release: Smooth and easy for high-speed production, for use against highly aggressive adhesives, typical release force of 5-15 grams/inch;
