Keep away from incompatible materials, open flames, and high temperatures. Store in tightly closed original container. Suitable containers: polyethylene. Steel drums coated with epoxy-resin. SILCOLEASE UV RCA 170
Silcolease® UV POLY 110 UV/EB silicone system is a 100% reactive release coating chemistry based on acrylate-modified silicone copolymer technology. Instant and complete cure is achieved by simply passing the coating under either UV light (with added photoinitiator) or Electron Beam (no photoinitiator required). Silcolease® UV POLY 110 silicone polymer can be modified for “easy” and “premium” low release by blending with a release modifier, Silcolease® UV RCA 170. Initial and aged releases are very smooth and stable against a wide variety of adhesive materials.
