SILCOLEASE EMULSION 915 is generally used with a catalyst, e.g. SILCOLEASE EMULSION CATA 911 or SILCOLEASE EMULSION CATA 913 and if required, with a release control additive, e.g. SILCOLEASE EMULSION RCA 954 combined with SILCOLEASE EMULSION CROSSLINKER 969.

Recommended formulation, typical:
SILCOLEASE EMULSION 915 .................................. 50 parts
SILCOLEASE EMULSION CATA 911 ............... 50 parts
Diluent water, sufficient for solids content.................... typically > 8 %

Bath Life & Preparation:
It is recommended to dilute the emulsion by adding water whilst stirring moderately and then adding the catalyst and the other co-products as required. life at room temperature would be expected to exceed 6 hours.

SILCOLEASE EMULSION 915 may be stored at a temperature between 2 °C/ 36 °F and 30 °C/ 86 °F for up to 12 months from its date of manufacturing. Please consult the Safety Data Sheet of this product.Food Contact;Heavy Metals
