Remix each of the two components (part A and B) every time before using.
Add 100 parts of BLUESIL RTV DENTAL DUPLICATION MATERIALS A to 100 parts of BLUESIL RTV DENTAL DUPLICATION MATERIALS B. Mix thoroughly The two components in a clean vessel until a homogeneous colour is obtained. Mix gently in order to avoid air bubbles from being entrapped. Before inserting the mixing tip, check and, if necessary, clean the outlet hole of the coloured base with a probe. Then gently press the dispenser lever to check that the two components are coming out simultaneously. Insert the mixing rod on the cartridge. If required, apply an oral tip.
Warning: for mixing use only clean stainless steel or plastic vessels. Crosslinking of RTV vulcanising by an addition cure reaction may be inhibited by contact with products like:
- Heavy metal salts.
- and derivatives.
- Catalysts of epoxy resins.

BLUESIL RTV 4010 B
The BLUESIL RTV DENTAL DUPLICATION MATERIALS are two components silicones elastomers which polymerize at room temperature by an addition cure reaction.
2 Part RTV
