| The aerosol should be applied on perfectly clean, grease-free surfaces so that the film spreads well. To obtain an even coating, hold the can between 25 or 30 cm from the surface to be treated and spray with a smooth back and forth motion. This produces a thin, even, anti-stick film. Avoid any surplus, which might be detrimental to the moulded or injected material. Frequency of spraying of the BLUESIL AEROSOL SIL JET will be determined by practice, depending on the complexity of moulds and the type of product moulded
This aerosol uses a propane/butane mixture as propellant gas, together with inflammable liquids as solvents. It is essential to work in a well ventilated room during and after use of the product. Smoking is prohibited during and after the operation. Do not spray near a flame, an incandescent body or surfaces which could generate sparks (i.e. presence of electrostatic charges). Do not pierce or burn after use.
