1. Water repellent treatment of plasterBLUESIL WR 68 is added to the water to be mixed with the plaster preparation. Good water repellent properties are obtained by adding 0.2 to 0.5 % BLUESIL WR 68 relative to the plaster powder. The quantity of water repellent varies according to the grade of plaster and the plaster-water mixing ratio. Adding BLUESIL WR 68 to the plaster enables water absorption to be limited to values less than those set in current European standards.

There is a risk of a violent release of highly inflammable products.Similarly, do not use in the presence of alcohols (or solvents containing a significant proportion of them) or other components containing reactive hydrogen atoms (SH, OH…) since hydrogen release may again occur.
